A  few years ago we were attacked by a clever person who shut us down and stole all our info. A ransom was demanded and David refused to give in. He used our last backup of the previous day, cleaned the server while we were on a temporary server, reloaded the infected server and re-configured 18 computers including three off-site. Things were up and going in two days. All this was happening while I was driving to Florida for a short vacation. Thank goodness for the ProWatch System. All the fixing did not cost me a cent.
